Kristin Hersh

Kristin Hersh founded her influential art-punk band Throwing Muses at age 14 and now performs solo acoustic concerts in addition to performing with Throwing Muses and 50FOOTWAVE. She has written a memoir, titled Rat Girl, which was published in by Penguin Books in 2010 and is co-founder of the non-profit, open-source software project for recording artists, CASH Music. She returns to the Rubin after two previous sold out shows.
